Shipping Info

We ship using NZ Post and will email you with your tracking number when your parcel has been shipped.  It is important that, should your address be in a Rural Delivery (RD) area, that you include this in your address so our system adds the shipping charges for rural delivery.  If for some reason your post code comes up as RD but the system has not recognised it for rural delivery, we will be in touch for payment of the additional fees.

NZ Post terms and conditions apply to all shipments. During the warmer months, we are unable to ship temperature-sensitive treats such as Liver Whips, Bark Bark and Salmon Squares.

Please ensure you have typed addressee details correctly; we do not take responsibility for orders placed with incorrect shipping details. If for some reason you are not happy with your order, please contact us.  We will meet our Consumer Guarantees Act obligations.
