We ship using NZ Post and will email you with your tracking number when your parcel has been shipped. If you are a rural delivery address but haven’t indicated on your order, we will contact you for payment of the additional RD delivery fee.
NZ Post terms and conditions apply to all shipments. During the warmer months, we are unable to ship temperature-sensitive treats such as Liver Whips and Salmon Squares.
Please ensure you have typed addressee details correctly; we do not take responsibility for orders placed with incorrect shipping details. If for some reason you are not happy with your order, please contact us. We will meet our Consumer Guarantees Act obligations.
